By commissioning or purchasing designs from me, you automatically agree to the terms below, whether you read them or not.𓃠➜ You may not resell a design you’ve purchased from me for higher than you paid without artwork attached. You can sell a design you’ve purchased from me at the same or a lower/no price.➜ Once you own a design of mine, I genuinely could not care less what you do with the design itself (e.g. redesigning it). However, you may not create suggestive, fetish or NSFW artwork of feral designs you purchase from me.➜ You may move around my signature on artwork or a design you’ve purchased from me, however, it must still be present and visible somewhere and cannot be cropped out.➜ You may not claim my artwork as your own, nor trace or take heavy inspiration from it. I allow light inspiration, with credit.➜ You may use my artwork for profile pictures or as pagedolls with credit.➜ I don’t allow my artwork or designs for AI or NFT use in any capacity. This even includes AI-written pieces.➜ Just use common sense. Don’t be an ass.𓆗I’m alright with elaborating on any and all of these if necessary/cause confusion.𓆏It’s important to note:A violation of these rules can result in a block/blacklist/redlist/greylist, public callout, and/or a ban or refusal to sell designs and draw artwork for you, likely all of these. While these lists are not public, if asked to see them, I can and will show them.If you find yourself on my greylist, your position on there is open to discussion with me in private, if I find you are sincere in your apology and acknowledge your actions, you can be taken off that list. However, any other lists are nonnegotiable; you are stuck there indefinitely.If I do have blocked you to aforementioned reasons and you need to communicate—the only way I will allow this is to understand why you have been blocked/listed—with me for whatever reason, please use a third party/middle man to help communicate.𓆡

I will usually provide one, but if I don’t, it’s usually related to my personal life or mental health, which I don’t like to discuss publicly.Since I currently only take vouchers as of May 2026, I do not do refunds.
